• We are not responsible for items damaged due to their integral nature being unable to withstand an industrial cleaning process.
• We are not liable for items which do not have an affixed care label.
• In the unlikely case of any loss or damage, our liability shall be limited to a particular amount less than 10 times the charge of services rendered. All claims must be submitted within 24 hours after receiving the items.
• We will always attempt to remove stains; however, it is not always physically possible to remove all types of stains from all types of fabrics. We will not waive charges due to our inability to remove a stain.
• We will make every effort to provide services on time; however, there can be delays due to factors beyond our control.
• Garments will be stored at our plant after 14 days past the initial delivery date unless special arrangements are made. We are not responsible for items left for more than 90 days.
• Due to time constraints, it is not possible to check every garment at our outlets. However, garments are rechecked by a skilled team at the washing plant. We are not liable for any defects in garments that were present before washing.
• We reserve the right to suspend servicing you if your old orders remain unpaid.

• Standard Service (PRE-PAID): Processing Time 3-5 Days. Delivery after 6.00 PM.
• "Same Day" Express (PRE-PAID): Surcharge 3×; Processing Time 8 hours. Drop-off before 10 AM, pickup after 6 PM. Not available on Fridays.
• "Next Day" Express (PRE-PAID): Surcharge 2×; Processing Time 24 hours. Drop-off before Noon, pickup after 6 PM. Not available on Thursdays.

  Hangers to be adjusted must be checked by the our Outlet Attendants before the invoice is printed.
  
  Any discrepancies or hangers not meeting reusable standards will not qualify for adjustment or cashback.

• ক্রটিপূর্ণ কিংবা দূর্বলতার কারণে যে সকল পোশাক ধোলাই প্রক্রিয়াকরণকালে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হবে, সে কাপড়ের জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
• কাপড়ের গায়ে "Care Label" না থাকলে, সে সকল কাপড় প্রক্রিয়াকরণকালে ক্ষতিগ্রস্থ হলে তার জন্য আমরা দায়ী নই।
• যদি কোন অসম্ভাব্য কারণে আমাদের দায়ে কোন কাপড়ের ক্ষতি হয়ে থাকে, তাহলে সর্বোচ্চ ক্ষতিপূরণ সেই সার্ভিস চার্জের ১০ গুণ পর্যন্ত সীমিত থাকবে। দাবিগুলি অবশ্যই ২৪ ঘন্টার মধ্যে করতে হবে।
• আমরা সর্বদা কাপড়ের দাগ অপসারণের চেষ্টা করব। কিন্তু সব ধরনের দাগ অপসারণ সম্ভব নয়। এই ব্যর্থতার জন্য চার্জ প্রত্যাহার করা হবে না।
• আমরা যথাসময়ে পরিষেবা দেওয়ার চেষ্টা করি, তবে আমাদের নিয়ন্ত্রণের বাইরের কারণগুলির জন্য বিলম্ব হতে পারে।
• ডেলিভারি তারিখ থেকে ১৪ দিন পরে কাপড়গুলি আমাদের প্লান্টে পাঠানো হবে। ৯০ দিনের পর আমরা দায়ী থাকব না।
• আউটলেটে সময় সীমাবদ্ধতার কারণে কাপড় পরীক্ষা করা সম্ভব নয়। তবে কাপড় ধোয়ার আগে ত্রুটি শনাক্ত হলে গ্রাহকের সাথে পরামর্শ করা হবে।
• একাধিক অপরিশোধিত অর্ডার থাকলে আপনার পরিষেবা স্থগিত করা হতে পারে।

• স্ট্যান্ডার্ড সার্ভিস: সময় ৩-৫ দিন। ডেলিভারি সন্ধ্যা ৬ টার পর।
• "সেইম ডে এক্সপ্রেস": সময় ৮ ঘন্টা। সকাল ১০ টার আগে জমা দিয়ে সন্ধ্যা ৬ টার পরে ডেলিভারি। শুক্রবার বন্ধ।
• "নেক্সট ডে এক্সপ্রেস": সময় ২৪ ঘন্টা। দুপুর ১২ টার আগে জমা দিয়ে সন্ধ্যা ৬ টার পরে ডেলিভারি। বৃহস্পতিবার বন্ধ।
