In these Terms & Conditions, "we" means "Pressto" and "You" means you - our very important customer


Dry Cleaning and Laundry services, delivered either folded or in a recyclable hangar.

"Standard/Regular Service": Turnaround time is three (3) working days. Payment needs to be made to us in full before we can release items back to you.

"Same Day" service, items must be dropped off before 10am and delivered after 6:00pm. There is surcharge of 300% and must be Pre-Paid. This service is not available on Fridays.

"Next Day" service, items must be dropped off before noon (12:00PM) and delivered by 6:00pm. There is surcharge: double of our standard price and must be Pre-Paid. Not available on Thursdays.


Cash & Credit card accepted. We don't accept cheque payments.
All prices are VAT inclusive as per prevailing govt. rates and are retained at source.
We reserve the right to suspend servicing you if old orders remain unpaid.


You can use your rewards card or your mobile number when dropping off your items
You will be given an invoice when you drop-off. Check the invoice as count and description is final.


Invoice is required for delivery. Missing invoices will require to be verified calling the mobile saved in our system.
All Delivery after 4pm. 6pm for "Same Day" service.
Customers will be notified via SMS when items are ready for pickup.
Check if your order is complete in the shop. No liability for missing items once you leave.
Uncollected items will be stored at the outlet where it was received for 14 days and sent to our plant for storage.
We will humbly remind you from time to time and unless prearrangements are made, disposed unclaimed items
after 90 days. We will not be held liable for any loss incurred


We offer a safe cleaning guarantee. This means we will process every garment we accept safely. This does not mean we will remove every stain from every garment. If it is our professional opinion that stain removal will be unsafe, or will compromise our safe cleaning guarantee, stain removal efforts will cease. In the unlikely event you are not satisfied, please return the item to the outlet with the receipt, ensuring it is returned unworn / unused with the original packaging. You will receive a Customer Service Form that must be fully completed. Failure to do so will invalidate any potential complaint. Please notify us of any such complaints within 24(Twenty Four) hours from collecting your item. After those 48 hours we will not be responsible for any such claims.


We exercise great care in processing your articles and use methods best suited to the nature and condition of each article. We clean in accordance with the care label instructions. In the absence of this we will consult you but not be liable in the event that the chosen method damages your clothes. Although we are unable to accept responsibility for loss or damage to beads, crystals, sequins, buttons, diamante (artificial diamond), pearls, buckles, metals etc., due to their inherent unsuitability for dry cleaning, we have unrivaled skill and experience in identifying the most appropriate cleaning methods for each specific piece having examined it's decorative components.


Customers are responsible to mention all the stains when they leave the garments with us. We aim to remove all stains but in some cases this is not possible. The chances of stain removal are reduced if any non-professional techniques have been applied such as the use of water or soda. We treat problematic stains with great caution but sometimes to achieve results we need to use harsher techniques and chemicals. We may not be able to guarantee the results. Much as we would dearly love to guarantee to our customers the removal of every mark and stain from every type of material, we are unfortunately unable to do so.


Despite our intent to identify problem garments in advance, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses/ defects in materials that are not apparent prior to cleaning. We are not responsible for sun fading, color loss due to non fastness, wear and tear and shrinkage. Suede & Leather Suede & leather garments and accessories are examples of materials that have inherent weaknesses or defects in the material. They are subject to natural flaws. We cannot take responsibility for color imbalance, shrinkages, change of texture. The use of incorrect adhesives during garment manufacture to secure hems and other parts or linings may result in the adhesive coming to the surface during cleaning, and showing as stains on the surface of the garment and linings and stitches may come apart.

Please note that adhesives, defects and faults which were previously camouflaged in manufacture may become more apparent after the cleaning process, and although every care is taken, we cannot always disguise natural flaws or totally remove adhesives, or stretching techniques employed by the manufacturer. These items may "age" after cleaning. All items are therefore only accepted by us for cleaning at your own risk.


We exercise utmost care in cleaning and processing garments entrusted to us and use such processes which, in our opinion, are best suited to the nature and conditions of each individual garment. Nevertheless, we cannot assume responsibility for inherent weaknesses or defects in materials (such as sun fading on curtains) which may result in tears or the development of small holes in fabric that are not readily apparent prior to processing. In dry-cleaning and laundering we can not guarantee against color loss, bleeding, and shrinkage; or against damage to weak and tender fabrics.
Given the delicate nature of some leathers and suedes, all leather and suede attachments are cleaned entirely at your own risk, and we do not accept any responsibility or liability for any damage or fading as a result of the drycleaning process.
Our liability with respect to any damaged to garments caused by us shall not exceed Ten(10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.

No claims for damages will be recognized unless you advise us of same within forty eight (24) hours of collecting the garments.


We exercise utmost care in processing garments received to avoid misplacement or loss of items. However, there will be instances where items may get misplaced or even lost, which is very rare yet can happen. As such, we ask that you advise us of any discrepancy within 24 hours of picking up your garments so that we may investigate the matter and make a determination.
Our liability with respect to any lost item shall not exceed ten (10) times our charge for cleaning that garment regardless of brand or condition.


To protect your garments, we follow the Care Label instructions on each item we process. If you request garment treatment which is contradictory to that indicated on the Care Label instructions, we will make an attempt to contact you and advise you of the potential risks associated with proceeding with the treatment. If we are unable to gain your informed approval to proceed, we shall refrain from cleaning the garment in question, or take extensive digital photography of the garment(s) prior and/or during cleaning. If you authorize us to proceed, you must assume responsibility for any damage to the garments.
We accept no liability for garments that have missing or removed Care Labels.
We check garments for any damage that could be exacerbated by the laundering/dry-cleaning process. If we have any concerns regarding a garment, we will make an attempt to contact you and obtain your approval to tailor the garment ahead of cleaning it. If we are unable to gain your approval, we shall refrain from cleaning the garment in question, or take extensive digital photography of the garment(s) prior and/or during cleaning. Likewise, if we have any concern about the colorfastness, age, or condition of the garment, we will contact you in a similar fashion to obtain your approval, or return the garment to you untreated, or take extensive digital photography of the garment(s) prior and/or during cleaning.
While most garments will always remain on our premises, some will be sent out from time to time for additional care, such as garment alterations, repairs, re-dyeing, dry cleaning, laundering, wet cleaning, additional specialist care, when we have machinery breakdown and need to maintain service etc. We will use our discretion and maintain full control and responsibility for any garments during movement Liability for any reason (including, but not limited to, lost or damaged items) is limited to the lesser of 10 (TEN) times the cleaning cost or the depreciated, and predeclared value of the item, accepted by us completely at our discretion.
We will not be liable for any item(s) not collected more than 90(Ninety) days after dropping-off such item(s) with us.


Please check all of your garments for money, jewelry or other valuables prior to depositing them with us. If we find any valuables in your garments, we will make every effort to return them to you but we cannot be held liable for the loss of any such articles that are forwarded to us


We endeavor to deliver your items when expected, however, due to traffic, circumstances may arise which make it impossible to deliver at the time originally booked. In these rare instances we will endeavor to inform you of the delay ahead of time and reschedule the delivery at your convenience, subject to availability.
If you need to change your pick-up booking time for any reason, please get in touch to us as soon as possible so we can rearrange your delivery.
If there is no response or we are unable to gain access to your property at the scheduled time, we will contact you to rearrange your delivery; however we reserve the right not to accept an order, to cancel an order or terminate your account if this occurs repeatedly.
We reserve the right not to accept an order or cancel an order if there is reason to suspect our staff may be at risk of physical or verbal abuse upon collection or delivery of your items.


We inspect every garment before returning them to you to ensure that they meet our strict quality measures. It should be noted however, that we may not be able to remove all stains safely from your garments but we will make every attempt to remove stains without damage to your garment. We will re-clean your item free of charge, as long as it's within twenty four (24) hours of taking delivery


For the avoidance of doubt , we are not responsible for the following :


Sorry but we cannot be liable for:
- Any item which suffers color-loss / shrinkage/ damage, during the cleaning process, whereby the manufacturer's care label instructions have been adhered to.
- Any feather / down filled item.
- Any accessory attached to or contained within any item. An "accessory" means (but is not limited to) belts, buckles, buttons, broaches, beading, painted logos, leather trims, furs, signs, zips, hoods, collars and inner linings.
- Any item which is damaged by any accessory on that item.
- In the event that any garment / item is lost / damaged by us and is part of a set, for example. two piece suit / furnishings / curtains / upholstery / laundry, We will only compensate for that lost / damaged item that is documented on the customers ticket. We will not compensate for retrospective value of set loss / damage. - Any item that does not show cleaning instructions.
- Any item that has deliberate crinkles or creased effects on the fabric which are removed during our cleaning process.
- Any item with faulty adhesives or interfacing which leave a mark after cleaning.
- Any item which, due to wear and tear or due to its integral nature, is unable to withstand an industrial laundered or dry-cleaned process

We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions without notice. Please note: In the event that garments are not collected within ninety (90) days we reserve the rigght to dispose of them as we see fit and shall not be held liable for any loss that you may suffer in such an event.
